Annual billing saves 20% on both Pro and Pro Plus. Pro: $470/year ($39.17/mo effective). Pro Plus: $950/year ($79.17/mo effective).

How to upgrade

  1. 1Go to Settings → Billing (gear icon in the sidebar).
  2. 2Click "Upgrade to Pro" or "Upgrade to Pro Plus."
  3. 3You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout.
  4. 4Enter your card details. Your plan upgrades instantly on payment.
  5. 5A receipt is emailed to your account email automatically.

Managing your subscription

All billing is managed through Stripe. To update your card, change your plan, or download invoices:

  1. 1Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. 2Click "Manage billing →" — this opens the Stripe billing portal.
  3. 3From there you can update payment method, change plan, or view invoices.
Upgrades are prorated — you only pay for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date so you keep what you paid for.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal (Settings → Billing → Manage billing) or from the cancellation flow in Settings → Billing. When you cancel:

  • Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period
  • After that, you drop to the free tier (25 messages/month, one trade)
  • All your conversation history is retained
  • Logged outcomes remain in the network (anonymized — they can't be individually deleted)
  • To permanently delete your account and data, go to Settings → Data

Multi-user use cases

BizPilot subscriptions are per-account. If you have a crew or practice that wants to use BizPilot together, each user should hold their own Pro or Pro Plus subscription. Conversations, outcomes, and Advisor alerts are personal — keeping them per-user means each professional sees the insights that fit how they work.

What happens if payment fails

Stripe will retry failed payments automatically. You'll receive email reminders on each attempt. If payment ultimately fails:

  • You enter a 3-day grace period with full access
  • After the grace period ends, your plan downgrades to free
  • All your data is retained
  • You can reactivate anytime by updating your payment method and re-subscribing
